Lauren and I went on a mission today to find new suitcases for our upcoming trip to Venice. Out of the 6 bags that we once owned for photo shoots only 2 remain, one of which is missing 2 wheels. We always find what we need at Marshalls… Reliable bags for less. Today we also found the perfect accessory for Venice, matching gondolier hats! Which go perfectly with my stripes!
U T A H ! I B A R E L Y K N E W Y O U … we did a shoot in utah last week at amangiri resort … it was incredible and i feel extremely lucky to have experienced such a place … a few panorama’s dont even do it justice. more to come soon!
My sweet little cousins Sylvie and Sabine ( who are both rapidly getting taller and prettier and sweeter and smarter and so on… and so on…) and I had drawing hour the other night in our hotel room. Syl gave me this amazing piece to keep, and it makes me smile every time I catch a glimps of it on my tear wall. Thanks darlin’ girl! I hope we can play again sometime soon :)
i miss him…
we spent a week working at eglingham hall in norhtern england, just 10 miles from the scotland border . it is the house that tim walker has shot many an amazing photo at. april and her daughter lucy were amazing hosts, cooks and by the end of the week, friends! i have many more photos to come! and of course alot of funny stories :)
It’s a party!!! The party elves have been working in our apartment… “arts and creations” have taken over our kitchen :)
Thommy made a last minute trip to the east coast last week … Which I will share more about with you soon. He gave meggs and me zip-zingers that he made out of his old boards. I love it almost as much as I love him.
I love working with these lovely ladies … Especially in LA :)

a long weekend in seattle? yes please! that place never seems to run low on good folks, good food and good fun. as though getting to see thommy wasnt good enough i also got to catch up with ac slater in portland … that gal is something special and our reunion couldn’t have come a day too early. waterfalls, parking lot carnivals, french fries, road trips, roller derby, the driving range, the scrambler, smores, piggy back rides, long walks, thrifting, late nights, lounging, giant rice crispy treats, late mornings, little laughing monkeys … this trip was not for the lackluster. back to the grind on the east coast … i wish for just one more day with thommy and the gang on the west coast. thanks to everyone for being so much fun :) photos via justin, thommy and me.
Brooklyn is a’bloom, and i am one of the happiest gals for it! this long easter weekend was a dream, filled with long days in the sun, and longer nights in the cool air … biking, laughing, skate boarding, eating ice cream that melts in the cone, drinking 2 for 1 margaritas,friends, playing in the park, ny rooftops, brothers, pies and thighs, windows open sandles on … i consider myself quite a winter gal, but this warth sure does feel the best!
